Refund & Cancellation Policy

⛔ No Refund Policy Disclosure:
Due to the digital nature of software license keys and instant digital delivery, NO REFUNDS are provided once a license key has been generated or activated on a user device. Please evaluate our software using the 90-Day Free Trial before purchasing.

1. 90-Day Free Trial Evaluation Period

We strongly encourage all customers to test our software during the 90-Day Free Trial prior to purchasing a commercial license key. The free trial provides full access to test all app publishing automation features risk-free.

2. License Key Generation & System Activation (Non-Refundable)

Once a digital license key has been generated, issued, or activated on your device/system, THE SALE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges after license generation or activation under any circumstances.

3. Pre-Activation Duplicate Payment Exception

In the event of a technical duplicate payment where a license key has not yet been generated or activated, a 90% refund of the duplicate transaction may be requested within 7 days (10% is retained to cover non-refundable payment gateway processing fees and administrative costs).

4. Refund Processing Timelines

For eligible pre-activation duplicate payment cancellations:

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Netbanking, Card, or Wallet).
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Licenses do not auto-renew. Each license expires automatically at the end of its subscription duration unless manually renewed by the user.
