1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using DevPlay Console Tool ("Software", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Licensee", or "Developer") enter into a legally binding agreement and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. Description of Software & Services

DevPlay Console Tool is a Windows desktop application that automates Google Play Console management tasks, including service account configuration, Android App Bundle (AAB/APK) uploads, store listing management, and version releases via Google's official Developer APIs.

3. Google Developer API Usage & User Responsibilities

As a user of DevPlay Console Tool, you acknowledge and agree to the following API usage standards:

• Compliance with Google Play Policies: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all applications, binaries (AAB/APK), graphic assets, text listings, and privacy policies submitted through DevPlay Console Tool comply with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Program Policies.
• No Liability for App Suspensions: DevPlay Console Tool provides client automation tooling. We are not liable for app rejections, suspensions, or Google Developer account terminations resulting from user content, copyright violations, or policy breaches on your Google Play Console account.
• Credential Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Google Cloud Service Account JSON keys, OAuth credentials, and App Signing Keystores stored locally on your PC.

4. License Grant, Subscription & Devices

• 90-Day Free Trial: Fresh installations include a 90-day free trial supporting up to 1 app profile for testing and evaluation. No credit card is required.
• Paid Licenses: Upon purchasing a premium plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on specified maximum devices (PC Hardware ID binding) and app limits according to your tier.
• License Prohibition: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, redistribute, lease, or resell the Software or license keys to third parties.

5. Data Privacy & Google User Data

Our processing of personal information and Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store Google OAuth credentials or Service Account keys on remote servers; all API tokens remain encrypted on your local PC.

6. Billing, Payments & Refund Policy

Payments for software licenses are processed securely by verified gateways (Stripe / Razorpay). License key generation and system activation are immediate upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of software license keys, NO REFUNDS are granted once a license key has been generated or activated on a user system. Users are advised to evaluate the software via the 90-Day Free Trial before purchasing. For details, review our official Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVPLAY CONSOLE TOOL, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCOUNT ACCESS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or terminate any license key without refund if a user violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized software cracking, or engages in fraudulent activities.
